Property Search

After having spoken with you we set about finding a series of properties that suit you and your families needs. Is it close to the train station, your children’s schools, pet friendly ? We look at every home as if it were to be our own.

We offer a full property search which includes the following on a ‘No Win, No Fee’ basis for our international clients;

  • Full accompanied tours or video tours if you are not in the country

  • Contract negotiations

  • Check-in Services

  • Help with utility providers

  • Furniture/IKEA delivery - we can welcome any delivery should you not be in the country (additional fee)

Our fees are the following ;

  • 75% of the fist months’ rent exclusive of VAT for permanent work contract holders

  • One months’ rent exclusive of VAT for DAFT visa holders..

  • Minimum fee of 1100 euro ex vat applies to all.

We require an upfront non-refundable 500 euro deposit that will be off set the final amount.

Please note that within the Netherlands a verbal offer is binding , so once an offer on a property has been made you will be unable to retract.

Full relocation / buying a house

Here at Dutch Home Hunters we can provide the full relocation package on request. This covers help with schools, tax , bank account , insurance and property search.

For those who would like to purchase a house in the Netherlands we work with reputable estate agents who are fully qualified to advise, guide and execute the full purchasing process.
